There are certain functional services that Spectramed outsources to qualified service providers. Three business management principles are employed when we decide on a suitable provider: Can the provider deliver the best product, the best service and the best price?  Only when we can answer ‘yes’ to all three of these questions, will we award a service contract to an outsourced supplier.

However, ‘Best service’ is a challenge. Service relies on people, and we all know people are fallible. It’s for this reason that dedicated Spectramed staff continuously monitor service levels and address any service exceptions that might have occurred. As an added incentive to deliver quality service to our members, our outsourced service providers are all bound by a reward/penalty-based Service Level Agreement that is enforced without fail.
